- We deliver orders across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
- We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
2. Shipping Charges
- A flat shipping fee of PKR 250 is applied to every order across Pakistan.
- Shipping charges are clearly displayed during checkout.
3. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
- Order confirmation may be completed via WhatsApp or phone call.
- Once your order is confirmed, it will be prepared for dispatch.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 working days after confirmation.
- Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier service delays.
5. Shipping Coverage
- We deliver nationwide across Pakistan.
- At this time, international shipping is not available.
6. Tracking & Delivery
- Tracking information will be shared when available.
- Please ensure that your contact number and delivery address are accurate to avoid delays.
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier company may attempt delivery again according to their policy.
7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
- While we aim to deliver all orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
- A J Bazaar is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or incorrect customer information.
