1. General
- These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through A J Bazaar.
- By using our website, you agree to comply with these terms and our store policies.
- We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Products & Orders
- We strive to display all products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.
- Orders are confirmed only after complete and accurate delivery information is provided.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Payment
- We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
- Customers are required to pay the full order amount, including the PKR 250 delivery charge, at the time of delivery.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed and delivered within 2–5 working days after confirmation.
- A flat shipping fee of PKR 250 applies to all orders across Pakistan.
- We currently deliver within Pakistan only and do not offer international shipping.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only if you receive the wrong product or a damaged/defective item.
- You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- A clear unboxing video and photos are required for verification.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
- We do not offer cash refunds. Approved requests will be resolved through a replacement product (subject to availability) or store credit.

6. User Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, shipping, and billing information.
- A J Bazaar is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

We value your privacy and use your personal information only for processing orders, providing customer support, and improving our services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
